or
The Dane's Cave
*
Tucked between two rocky ridges overlooking Dunfanaghy, the sea, and a panorama of Errigal and Muckish mountains beyond, this tomb is bolder and more dramatic than most modern sculpture. There are two roofstones - a table-like horizontal slab, and a larger one which has been displaced and now leans against the slender upright portal-slab on the right. Obviously, the entrance-portals have been pushed together both before and after the capstone slipped.

The Dane's Cave
is a name dating from the 18th century,
when antiquarians thought that Vikings were responsible for Irish megaliths and earthworks.
