Constantenus of Albania, or Greece, or Burma

Also known as Alexandrino, Captain Georgi, Tsavella, The Turk, The Living Picture Gallery, and The Tattooed Man of Burma, he was the first tattooed man to be made famous by Barnum. He was paid one thousand dollars a week to exhibit a total of 388 (or 325) animals tattooed upon him in Burmese style , from the soles of his feet to his scalp. Unfortunately there is no picture of his entire body, let alone his groin and buttocks.
